About The Event
Exhibitors are invited to educate our members about their company's products/services at our trade show. Booths are 8' X 8' with a 6' draped table, two chairs, side drapery, and rear and side drapery.
Booth purchase includes tickets for 2 attendees.
You may purchase a maximum of 2 additional tickets for $50/pp.
A voluntary $50 fee if you want to contribute to the grand prize draw.
Set Up & Tear Down
Set-up times for exhibitors are on May 11th from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm and on May 12th from 8:00 am - 12:00 noon.
Tear down will take place May 12th 9:00 pm until midnight and May 13th from 8:00am - 12:00 noon
